- Preheat oven 350°.
- Spray Pam on 15x19 jelly roll pan.
- Place crackers salt side down in pan. Covering in single layer. Trim pieces as needed to fill in on side..
- Melt butter and sugar together over medium heat. Stir often. When begins to boil add vanilla. Continue to stir. Lower heat and stir until it becomes Carmel like texture. Total time on heat 7-10 minutes..
