- You need 2 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 2 of cardamom.
- You need 1 cup of semolina.
- It's 2 cup of water.
- Prepare 1 cup of sugar.

- in a midium size pot heat clarified 2 tbsp butter and fry 2-3 cardamom for 2 minutes.
- add 1 and half cup semolina and stir fry constantly on low heat till its colour turn pale gold and becomes fragrent.
- add 1 cup water ,1 and half sugar ,pinch a saffron and continue stirring till sugar dissolves..
- whewm the mixture thickness pour in a flat bottomed dish.
- garnish 1 tbsp almonds, 1 tbsp coconut ,1 tbsp pistache and press gently in order to level it.
- cut into diamond shape and serve.
