- preheat oven to 350°.
- in LG bowl sift together dry ingredients.
- in separate LG bowl cream room temperature butter with all sugar..beat on med speed 3-4mins til fluffy.
- beat in egg..also room temperature ..1min on med speed.
- fold in dry ingredients about 1/3 at a time mixing by hand after each addition until mixed thoroughly.
- roll into balls 1/2"-1" thick and place on parchment paper on cookie sheet.
- bake 8-9 mins. let cool on parchment 2mins before moving to rack.
