- It's 3/4 cup of sugar.
- It's 1 of large egg.

- It's 1 tsp of baking powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of salt.
- It's 2 Tbs of ground cinnamon.

- Preheat over to 375°F.
- Using a handheld mixer cream the butter OR crisco and sugar..
- Next add the egg then vanilla extract and beat until well combined..
- Add dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Flour, Baking Powder & Salt. Stir to combine..
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Beat with mixer to combine..
- Optional Step: This is where I like to place the dough in the fridge while I tidy up the dishes. It makes forming the dough balls in the next step easier in my opinion and my kitchen gets cleaned up😉.
