- It's 2 of mini bowl All purpose flour/maida.
- Prepare 1 cup of caster sugar.
- It's 1 1/2 of vegetable ghee (i used dalda vegetable ghee).

- Take the vegetable ghee into the mixer/grinder and grind it for one cycle till it becomes a smooth fine paste..
- Take a bowl, add all purpose flour/maida and add caster sugar..
- Mix well and add the vegetable ghee paste along with pinch of cardamom powder..
- Dont add any water. Kned the dough well and follow the measurements i mentioned above, it will be perfect. If your adding more dough, add a little more ghee..
- Keep kneding for atleast 10 minutes, till the dough becomes smooth and make sure that the dough doesn't stick to plate..
- Take a biscuit baking tray and brush a little oil on the tray to avoid sticking in case. If you wish to add a butter sheet, you can..
- Make a shape if the dough as per your requirement and put them on the baking tray..
- Sprinkle crushed almonds on top of the biscuits..
- Pre heat oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes..
- After 10 mins a d now reduce the cookie to 130 degree Celsius for atleast 20 - 25 minutes. (I only switched on the down part of the oven to bake).
- Keep checking and if you have a wooden tooth pick just poke it a little and see. Also check the bottom of the biscuit to avoid dark brown burns..
- At end, for atleast 3 minutes just on the top part of oven with same 130 degree C. Dont keep for more than 3 minutes..
- Once its done, the dough may seem smooth but one you let it out to cool, it will form a proper biscuit..
