- You need 1/2 pint of milk.
- You need 8 oz of block cheddar cheese.
- It's 8 oz of shredded cheddar.
- Prepare 16 oz of pasta.
- You need 1 of tblp butter.
- Prepare 1/3 c of broth or susbtitue milk.
- You need 2 of tblp flour.

- Cook pasta to aldente, can be done ahead of time. run under cold water to ensure pasta does not over cook.
- In sausepan melt but into broth over medium heat..
- Add flour to mason jar then fill 2/3 with milk, shake vigorously until encorporated...about 2 min..
- Slowly add flour mixture to butter and broth stirring constantly..
- Add rest of milk ensuring everything is complete encorporate..
- Turn heat down to simmer then slowly shred block cheese into sausepan stirring constantly..
- After cheese has been encorporated turn heat to medium and stir occasionally for 5 min..
- Add pasta and pre shredded cheese, stir to get all pasta covered in cheese..
- Remove from heat and wait 5 min before serving..
