- Cook chicken breast or use a rotisserie chicken and shred. Mix in taco seasoning, garlic, cayenne pepper, Chiles.
- Heat 1/2” of oil to 375 in a shallow fry pan..
- Wrap corn tortillas in a damn cloth or paper towel and microwave 30 seconds to make them pliable.
