- It's 2 lb of Salmon filet.
- It's 1 cup of Low Sodium Soy Sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ground ginger.
- You need 1 tsp of Sofrito.
- It's 1 tbsp of Raw Honey.
- It's 1 tbsp of Butter.
- You need 2 tbsp of Franks Red Hot Sauce.
- It's 1 pinch of ground black pepper.
Spicy Salmon Filet instructions
- Set oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, ginger, sofrito, honey and Franks hot sauce.
- Place aluminum foil on baking sheet.
- Break up butter into 4 pieces and place on baking sheet.
- Put salmon on baking sheet with the skin facing up.
- Mix and pour all ingredients over salmon evenly.
- Bake for 25 min (at the most). Turn salmon over half way through.
