Doner sauce. I came up with these quick sauces to top off Donar Kebabs (gyros), similar to what you get in Europe. There's a white sauce similar to an aioli and a red chili sauce similar to harissa, but these use shortcuts to cut down on prep time since you're also cooking up the donar kebabs. The doner is a Turkish creation of meat, often lamb, but not necessarily so, that is seasoned, stacked in a cone shape, and cooked slowly on a vertical rotisserie.
I made 'Donair' from AR and used this sauce to top the meat/veggie/pita combination. The sauce was made in the morning and it was a nice thickness in the evening at dinner. Liking the taste of the sauce I'm going to use the leftovers as a coleslaw dressing. You can have Doner sauce using 9 ingredients and 1 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

- You need 150 gram of yogurt.
- It's 150 gram of sour cream.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of ketchap.
- Prepare 1 of Garlic.
- Prepare pinch of Salt.
- It's pinch of Cumin powder.
- It's to taste of Isot paprika tozu.
- It's to taste of Pul Biber paprika.
- Prepare to taste of Parsley/Thyme/Oregano (optional).
